Trojan Battery Company founder George Godber

Trojan Battery was founded in 1925 by George Reginald Godber and Carl Speer. Over the next few months, we’ll be celebrating 100 years of innovation by highlighting the key dates and technological milestones that shaped our remarkable journey.

From pioneering the first deep cycle golf car battery in the 1950s to developing advanced lithium-ion solutions, our legacy is defined by continuous evolution and market success. As we reflect on the past, we're also looking forward to building a brighter, more sustainable future.
